HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS
Today, I want to review about Honey Garlic Chicken Wings which is my favourite dish when I still in Viet Nam and here in Canada.
Let's talk about chicken wings, If we want to cook chicken wings , we need to cut the whole wing of chicken because it has three part linked to the wing which is wing tip , wingette and drumette then we only take those part has meat most is wingette and drumette. This two part will make us have a nicely meal in any time.
I chose chicken wings for my topic just only because its remained me that my mom used to made it for me when I was just a little boy so that why I have a special feeling with chicken wing.I bet that most people in this world like honey , so yummy , sweet seasoned.There are an excessive amount of factors, including no added fat, no cholesterol, or any other particles. Since it has unnecessary protein in it, it has a high fat content.
A specialty of Southern cuisine has long been deep-fried chicken wings. But in 1964, at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, the idea of frying wings in peppery hot sauce was born when co-owner Teressa Bellissimo fried leftover wings in hot sauce for her son and his friends as a late-night snack.
The price of this dish is so so cheap ,if we eat in a restaurant , it just cost fluctuate 10$–20$ but if we go directly to the store , chicken wings only cost 8$ for a bag but I don’t know how many pounds but I measured amount 20 pieces in that bag
RECIPE FOR MAKING HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS :
1/ Clean the wings then let it dry.
2/ Marinated with 1tsp meat seasoned knor , 1/4tsp salt for 30 minutes.
3/ Making honey garlic sauce , mixing in a small bowl with honey , little soy sauce , little fish sauce , chili sauce , ketchup sauce and garlic.
4/ Dipped chicken wings with corn starch , fried in hot vegetable oil until golden brown then pick it out.
5/ Leave a little oil on the pan , add the honey garlic sauce for 2 minutes then add the chicken wings in and sauté until the sauce stick to the wings.
6/ Plate it and serve.
